The timing of this challenge over @ the Cricut Cardz Challenge site could not have been more perfect. I needed to get a masculine card done ASAP. I usually procrastinate on the masculine cards because they are truly a challenge. For this card I used the Cricut Easter Seasonal Cartridge for the scallop circle base. I used “From My Kitchen” for the cake and cake plate. Of course, I couldn’t resist the urge to add ribbon, but at least no big bows and bling!
Enjoy…
Welcome...
I hope to use this blog to share some of my handmade cards as well as some of my scrapbook pages and maybe a few pics here and there that may or may not make it to a scrapbook page.
Scrapping for me is simply a fun hobby that I don't do often enough. More often than not, I'm a collector of all things scrap... i.e. tools, paper, embellishments...
Now to become motivated... Maybe this blog is just the way to do it...
Enjoy and come back SOON!

The Sweetest Birthday...
This is a really quick birthday card that I made. I used the Cricut "From My Kitchen" catridge for the cake. More to come...

Have YOUR Cake... CPS # 135
This week’s sketch @ the Card Positioning Systems site was perfect for the male birthday card that I needed to make. I always struggle with masculine cards because I’m really a flowers, bling, and ribbon kinda girl. This card proves; masculine or not, I just can’t break the ribbon habit! Oh well…
Anyway, the patterned paper is 7 Gypsies and the cake & plate come from the Cricut "From My Kitchen" cartridge.
Enjoy…
