Welcome...

So glad you chose to stop by!

I hope to use this blog to share some of my handmade cards as well as some of my scrapbook pages and maybe a few pics here and there that may or may not make it to a scrapbook page.

Scrapping for me is simply a fun hobby that I don't do often enough. More often than not, I'm a collector of all things scrap... i.e. tools, paper, embellishments...

Now to become motivated... Maybe this blog is just the way to do it...

Enjoy and come back SOON!

O Give Thanks - CCC #95

Just dropping in for a quickie post of an even quicker card. This week the design team @ Cricut Cards / Cardz TV were asked to create a Thanksgiving card using any cartridge and any colors. Love those "anything goes weeks". They are perfect when there are not enough hours in a day!

I used the acorn cut from the Create A Critter cartridge to create this shaped card. Shaped cards come together so quickly!

Be sure to drop by Cricut Cardz / Cardz TV to show us your take on this challenge. We'll be stopping by your blog to see your projects.

Enjoy

Teacher Appreciation Cards…

This set means a card / gift a day during Teacher Appreciation week for my niece’s Kindergarten teacher. JuliAna (that’s the niece) is a lover of animals so EVERYTHING has to have an animal theme. She picked out all of the animals for the cards and was very pleased with herself I might add. Her mother and I were able to sneak in the cupcake gift box because she happened to be engrossed in a Scooby Doo marathon at the time. She did; however, take breaks during commercials to do a little embossing for me… I refer to her as my little “Cuttlebug-ler”. She says she’s putting bumps on the paper. Either way we are in sync! We used Create A Critter and Sweet Treats for most of the cuts.

Enjoy….
