Welcome...

So glad you chose to stop by!

I hope to use this blog to share some of my handmade cards as well as some of my scrapbook pages and maybe a few pics here and there that may or may not make it to a scrapbook page.

Scrapping for me is simply a fun hobby that I don't do often enough. More often than not, I'm a collector of all things scrap... i.e. tools, paper, embellishments...

Now to become motivated... Maybe this blog is just the way to do it...

Enjoy and come back SOON!

Christmas Joy... CCC #55

Where has the time gone? It’s so hard to believe that Christmas is right around the corner. The Cricut Cardz Site has a great challenge for those who have a few last minute cards to get done. The challenge this week is simple. Make a Christmas card with a mini banner on the front. You can use any cartridges and any colors. Easy Peasy!!! Here’s my card. Now it's your turn.

Enjoy…

Details and cartridges used for this card are as follows:

Card Base – (4 X 7 Real Dial Size) – Base Camp
Christmas Presents Base – (2.78(w) X 2.99 (h)) – Winter Frolic
Presents Layers - (2.99 (h) ) – Winter Frolic & Mr Frosty (Cricut Imagine)
“Christmas” Banner & Shadow “(0.9 (h)) – Christmas Cheer
Joy Banner (1.0(h) – Christmas Cheer

I had no idea this cut even existed on Christmas Cheer, and I used this cartridge too :) It's amazing how much is on our cartridges that we don't know. Very cute card :) tfs
